Wisteria Gardens is owned and operated by Tyler and Heather
Caudle. This operation started on the beautiful land at the
Claymont Society for Continuous Education, in Charles Town,
West Virginia (www.claymont.org) and has been growing fast
since its inception. We have taken a big step and have moved
our operation to new ground in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.
We are excited to own our own property and continue growing
and producing our own line of products.
We have been selling our products at the finest farmer's markets
in the Washington DC/Metro area for the past five years. We
believe in supplying our customers with the best produce
possible, therefore, we farm without using harmful
pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. Our produce is exactly
how it should be....naturally grown.
In the past couple of years we have added new products to sell
and they have all been received extremely well. Our House
Vinaigrette Salad Dressing has become overwhelmingly popular
and has spurred us to add to our line of dressings! We are
creatively working on new possibilities for the upcoming season!
Our hummus spread, started last year, has also been quite
popular and will be joined with a new black bean dip. The
support and enthusiasm for our products keeps us inspired to
create new things and produce more of what our customers
want...quality items.
Our family has been growing as well as our business. We have
three beautiful children who we are excited to raise with the
influence of farming, attending farmer's markets, and supporting
a family business. Our oldest son, Isaiah, is 12 years old and
loves going to farmer's markets and raising his own crops..
Jonah, 3 years old, has been going to farmer's markets since he
was 3 weeks old. Naia, 1 year old, will be attending the markets
this upcoming season!
