Wisteria Gardens is owned and operated by Tyler and Heather Caudle. Located in beautiful Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, land of healing waters and small-town charm, Wisteria Gardens is nestled on a five acre property. Our gourmet salad greens are grown with great care under the watchful eye of seasoned gardener, Tyler, and grace the tables of some of the finest high-end dining establishments in the DC area. Our products are also sold at the finest farmer's markets in the area. We believe in supplying our customers with the best produce possible, therefore, we farm without using harmful pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. Our produce is exactly how it should be....naturally grown. Also located on the property is our state certified commercial kitchen, where we transform our own produce and other local produce into our line of salsas, hummus, and other dips. We also have created our own signature House Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and Peanut Sauce that has become overwhelmingly popular. We are actively creating new possibilities for our handmade food line because of our customers' support and enthusiasm to produce more of what they want...quality, local items. |
